DoDidDone is an AI-powered service that makes customer support calls on your behalf. Our AI agent navigates phone menus, waits on hold, and communicates with customer service representatives to help resolve your issues. You will receive transcripts and summaries of all calls.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account using a supported authentication provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Use of Service

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes related to customer support calls. You agree to provide accurate information necessary for the AI to complete your requests.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Request calls that involve fraud, deception, or illegal activities
• Share sensitive information (passwords, full credit card numbers, SSNs) unnecessarily

6. Call Requests and Execution

6.1 Request Submission

When you submit a call request, you authorize our AI agent to make the call on your behalf using the information and context you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and sufficient.

6.2 Call Outcomes

While we strive to successfully complete your requests, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. The success of calls depends on various factors including the complexity of your request, the policies of the customer support organization, and other circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Call Cancellation

You may cancel a call request at any time while it is processing. Once a call is completed, it cannot be undone, though you may request follow-up calls if needed.

7. Pricing and Payments

7.1 Free Service

The Service is provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees or required payments.

7.2 Optional Tips

After a call is completed, you may optionally tip the AI agent. Tips are voluntary and not required to use the Service. All tips are final and non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by DoDidDone and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any information, data, or content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of third-party customer support organizations.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DODIDDONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoDidDone and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
